PRESS NOTE
On
the basis of the Result of the Civil Services (Main) Examination, 2014
held by the Union Public Service Commission(UPSC) from 14th to 20th
December, 2014, a total of 3,308 candidates have qualified for the
Personality Test for selection to the Indian administrative Service,
Indian Foreign Service, Indian Police Service and other Central Services
(Group ‘A’ and Group ‘B’). A total of 9, 44, 926 candidates had applied
for the examination but only about 4.5 lakh candidates appeared for the
preliminary examination and out of that only 3308 candidates could make
it for Personality Test.
Indian Telugu Civil Servants Association (ITCSA),
an informal group of Telugu All India Service and Central Service
Officers, is conducting free mock-interviews for the civil service
aspirants on 02-05-2015(Saturday). All the Mains qualified aspirants are
requested to get their names registered, by sending their DAF forms to itcsa2006@gmail.com.
Civil Servants from various services have consented to attend this
programme and the names include Vijay Datta IAS, Bharati IAS,Sadhu
Narasimha Reddy IRS, Balaram IRS, L.Suresh IRS, Sudheer IRPS
etc. Eminent education psychologist Shri.C.N. Reddy will co-ordinate the
programme and interested qualified aspirants can contact him on
Ph.9000803050 for registration. To participate, aspirants must get their
names registered and should submit 3 copies of DAF form at the venue.
Time-slots will be allotted on a first-come-first-served basis.
