ఎక్కడున్నా ఓటు.. కుర్రాడు చూపిన రూటు!

బ్యాంకు ఖాతా ఎక్కడున్నా ఫర్వాలేదు. చేతిలో ఏటీఎం కార్డు ఉంటే చాలు. దేశంలో ఎక్కడి నుంచైనా డబ్బు తీసుకోవచ్చు. మరి ఓటేయాలంటే? తప్పనిసరిగా కేటాయించిన పోలింగ్‌ కేంద్రానికే వెళ్లాలి. ఏటీఎం కార్డు సదుపాయంలాగే దేశంలో ఏ మూలనున్నా ఓటేసే సౌలభ్యం ఉంటే బాగుంటుంది కదా అనేది నిజామాబాద్‌ కుర్రాడు దివ్యేశ్‌ ఆలోచన. దాన్ని ఆచరణలో పెట్టాడు. పది నెలలు కష్టపడితే నమూనా పరికరం తయారైంది. ఈ ప్రతిభకి జాతీయస్థాయి గుర్తింపు కూడా దక్కింది. దేశం ఎన్నికల హడావుడిలో ఉన్న ఈ సందర్భంలో ఆ సంగతేంటో తెలుసుకుందామా? దివ్యేశ్‌ చదువులో మహా చురుకు. టెన్త్‌, ఇంటర్లో రాష్ట్రస్థాయిలో ప్రతిభ చాటాడు. ఇంజినీరింగ్‌ ప్రవేశ పరీక్షలో 51వ ర్యాంకొచ్చింది. బీటెక్‌లో ఉచితంగా సీటిచ్చింది తమిళనాడులోని కోయంబత్తూరులో ఓ కాలేజీ. సెకండియర్‌లో సొంతూరు డిచ్‌పల్లిలో ఎన్నికలు జరిగాయి. తొలిసారి ఓటుహక్కు వినియోగించుకోవాలన్న ఆరాటం ఓవైపు. అంత దూరం వెళ్లొస్తే క్లాసులు మిస్‌ అవుతాననే భయం మరోవైపు. రైల్‌ రిజర్వేషన్‌ కూడా దొరికే పరిస్థితి లేదు. చివరికి ఓటు వేయలేక ఉసూరుమన్నాడు. ఆ అసంతృప్తిలో నుంచి పుట్టిందే దేశంలో ఎక్కడున్నా సొంత వూరిలో ఓటుహక్కు వినియోగించుకునే పరికరం తయారు చేయాలనే సంకల్పం. ఆలోచనని హెచ్‌వోడీతో పంచుకున్నాడు. 'పని ప్రారంభించు అవసరమైన సాయం మేం చేస్తాం' అన్నారాయన.దివ్యేశ్‌ కాలేజీలో విద్యార్థుల హాజరు కోసం బయోమెట్రిక్‌ మెషీన్‌ ఉపయోగించేవారు. అందులో బొటనవేలు పెట్టగానే ముద్రల సాయంతో క్లాసులకు హజరైందీ, లేనిదీ తెలిసిపోయేది. చాలా సంస్థల్లో ఉద్యోగులకూ ఇదే విధానం ఉంటుంది. ఇదే సూత్రం ఓటర్లకి ఉపయోగించేలా నమూనా పరికరం తయారు చేయాలకున్నాడు తను. బయోమెట్రిక్‌ మెషీన్‌తో పాటు, ఒక ల్యాప్‌టాప్‌, ఏటీఎంని పోలిన చిన్నపరికరాన్ని ముడి యంత్రాలుగా తీసుకున్నాడు. వీటిని అనుసంధానించేలా సాఫ్ట్‌వేర్‌ కోడ్‌ రాయడం మొదలుపెట్టాడు. ఈ సాఫ్ట్‌వేర్‌లో రెండు డేటాబేస్‌లుంటాయి. మొదటి దాంట్లో ఓటరు వేలిముద్రలు, పేరు, నియోజకవర్గ వివరాలు మొత్తం వివరాలుంటాయి. పరికరం తాకే తెరపై వేలిముద్ర పెట్టగానే అతడి నియోజకవర్గానికి సంబంధించిన అభ్యర్థుల వివరాలు, పార్టీ, గుర్తులు కనిపిస్తాయి. నచ్చినవాళ్లకి ఓటేయగానే ఆ ఓటు ఆటోమేటిగ్గా రెండో డేటాబేస్‌లోకి బదిలీ అవుతుంది. ఈ వివరాలన్నీ ప్రధాన సర్వర్‌లో నిక్షిప్తం అవుతాయి. మరోసారి ప్రయత్నించినా ఓటేయడానికి అవకాశం ఉండదు. ఇరవై మంది స్నేహితుల్నే ఓటర్లుగా మార్చి నమూనా పరికరంతో ఈ ఓటింగ్‌ని విజయవంతంగా పూర్తి చేశాడు దివ్యేశ్‌. అయితే ఈ ఆలోచన కార్యరూపం దాల్చడానికి పది నెలలు పట్టింది. సాఫ్ట్‌వేర్‌ కోడ్‌ రాస్తుంటే మధ్యమధ్యలో కోడ్‌ ఎర్రర్‌లు వచ్చేవి. వాటన్నింటినీ విజయవంతంగా అధిగమించాడు. దీని కోసం అతడు వెచ్చించింది కేవలం రూ.3,500 మాత్రమే. ఈ పరికరాన్నే తన ఇంజినీరింగ్‌ ప్రాజెక్టుగా సమర్పించాడు. ఇది ఎస్‌.ఆర్‌.ఎం.యూనివర్సిటీ నిర్వహించిన ఇంటర్‌ యూనివర్సిటీస్‌ కాంపిటీషన్స్‌లో ఉత్తమ ప్రాజెక్ట్‌గా ఎంపికైంది. దీని కోసం దేశవ్యాప్తంగా విద్యార్థులు రూపొందించిన 1800 ప్రాజెక్టులు పోటీపడ్డాయి. మన దేశంలో జరిగే ప్రతి ఎన్నికల్లో ఓటింగ్‌ శాతం అరవై, డెబ్భై శాతం దాటడం లేదు. కారణం చాలా మంది ఉద్యోగులకు ఓటుహక్కు ఒకచోట ఉంటే, పనిచేసేది వేరొకచోట. భారీ వరుసలో నిల్చొని ఓటేయడం పెద్ద ప్రయాసగా భావించేవాళ్లూ ఉన్నారు. చదువు కోసం వేరే చోటికి వెళ్లే కాలేజీ విద్యార్థుల సంఖ్యా తక్కువేం కాదు. ఇలాంటి పరికరాలను పెద్దస్థాయిలో ఉత్పత్తి చేస్తే ఓటింగ్‌ శాతం కచ్చితంగా 90 శాతం దాటే అవకాశం ఉందంటాడు దివ్యేశ్‌. పైగా ఇందులో దొంగ ఓట్లు, ఒక్కరే రెండుసార్లు ఓటువేసే అవకాశం ఉండదు. ఓటింగ్‌ రోజుల్నీ వీలైనన్ని రోజులు పొడిగించుకోవచ్చు. ఆన్‌లైన్‌కి అనుసంధానం చేస్తే సౌలభ్యం, యూత్‌ని ఆకట్టుకోవచ్చు. అయితే 120 కోట్లకు పైగా జనాభా ఉన్న ఈ దేశంలో అంత మందికి సరిపోయేలా యంత్రాలు తయారు చేయడం భారీ వ్యయప్రయాస, ఖర్చుతో కూడుకున్న వ్యవహారమైనా పూర్తిగా అసాధ్యం మాత్రం కాదంటున్నాడు తను. 'ఆధార్‌' కోసం సేకరించిన వేలిముద్రలు, వివరాలతోనే దీన్ని అమలు చేయొచ్చని అతడి సూచన. ఈ విధానంపై తాను త్వరలో విశ్వవిద్యాలయ అధికారులతో కలిసి, ఎన్నికల కమిషన్‌ దృష్టికి తీసుకెళ్తానంటున్నాడు.

భలే బిజినెస్‌ ఆప్స్‌!

CONVENER, Ed.CET-2014,  Andhra University, Visakhapatnam is conducting a Common Entrance Test, designated as Education Common Entrance Test-2014 (Ed.CET-2014) on 2nd June, 2014 on the behalf of the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education for admission into B.Ed. Regular Course in the Colleges of  Andhra Pradesh for the academic year 2014-2015.

ELIGIBILITY TO APPEAR FOR Ed.CET-2014 :

Educational Qualification : Candidates should have passed /appearing for final year examinations of B.A./B.Sc./B.Sc. (Home Science)/B.Com./B.C.A./B.B.M. at the time of submitting the Application for Ed.CET-2014. Candidates should be required to produce marks memo and pass certificate at the time of admission. 


Age Limit : Aspirants should have completed the age of 19 years as on 01st July of the year in which notification is issued.


Ed.CET 2014 Examination Scheme : Entrance Test will be of objective type(multiple choice)Examination and contains 3 parts. Candidates will have to answer 150 questions in two hours time.

2. Part-B : 
a. General Knowledge
b. Teaching Aptitude 
3. Part-C : Methodology (Mathematics, Physical Sciences, Biological Sciences, Social Studies and English)


Application Fee : Candidates have to pay Rs. 150/- as registration and Application processing fee.

How to Apply for Ed.CET 2014 : Candidates are required to visit website http://apedcet.org for Online submission. Now fill the online form with all required details. Candidates are urged to verify all the details carefully before pressing the submit button. 

After submitting the form, filled online form will be generated by the system that will contains registration number along with filled in details.Candidates are strongly advised to take print out of registration form and note down the registration number for future use.

Govt has changed the old SSC Text Books (10th Class) and released the New Text Books based on CCE. Even though the New Text books will be supplied to Schools before reopening of Schools i.e., June 12th, Most of the Teachers are requesting to provide these Text Book copies to prepare their present 9th Class Students on this new syllabus before beginning of the academic year. Why not, because this is the Competition Era. Hence the available text books are made available subject wise and Topic wise for easy download. Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission will be declare the Panchayat Secretary Examination Result 2014 on its official website www.apspsc.gov.in.
Panchayat Secretary examination was held on the date 23-02-2014 on various examination centers of various districts of the Andhra Pradesh State by the Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission. Lots of candidates have participate in this examination.
Examination was held in two papers. The first paper was includes various parts like Event of National & International Importance, Current Affairs- Regional, National & International, Current Developments in Science, Technology & IT, History of Modern India and Indian National Movement, Economic Development in India since Independence, Logical Reasoning, Analytical, Ability & Date Interpretation and Basic things about Disaster Management.
Paper 2 was includes various parts like Public Health, Sanitation, Prevention of Epidemics, Social Tensions & Conflicts in Contemporary Society, Indian System of Democracy, Rural Economy & Development, Basic Aspects related to Accounting.
Paper 1 includes total 150 questions and 150 marks and paper 2 also includes 150 questions and 150 marks.  The time duration of this examination was 5 hours. 150 minutes for each paper. Now the examination complete so the candidates are very excited to get their examination result 2014.
APPSC will be soon declare the exam result & cut off marks, so candidates can get it from the official website after the declaration. Selection procedure will held on the basis of the examination and personal interview by the APPSC.
There was total 2677 posts was declared for the Panchayat Secretary post by the Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission. Application for this post was started from the date 04-01-2014 by the APPSC and the last date for this application was 22-01-2014.

Share your PC’s internet wirelessly WITHOUT ROUTER!!

When it comes to our PC we have no other option
than to share the internet connection available to us by LAN cable using a router.
Today i’m gonna tell you how to share your PCs internet connection.

Prerequirements

1. PC/laptop with wifi (windows xp/vista/7/8)
2. Working internet connection
3. Connectify Software. Get it here!
4. Brain 

Step1
Download and install Connectify from the official website (or search for a pirated version :P).
Step2
After it has been successfully installed, run the software. Enter the SSID name of your hotspot under hot-spot name and set the password(if needed)
Step3
Select the active internet connection which is to be shared
Step4
Under Advanced Settings, select Share Over Wi-Fi (or your lan driver if you want to share the internet connection via lan cable) and select the sharing mode
Step5
Click on start hotspot below.
Step6
That’s it you are done!! Wasn’t that easy   You can now connect any wifi supporting device to your PC/laptop as if it was connecting to a router!
You can also restrict access to internet to particular clients.
